I have seen a lot of sunsets in my life but nothing like what I experienced last night. Lightning was hitting in every direction and we felt it getting close to the ridge we were on so we decided to start driving down the mountain. On the way back I saw the most beautiful rainbow of colors and decided to pull off again to get a few pictures. Rain was falling everywhere and I had to keep wiping off the lens in between shots but I stood resilient and hung there long enough to capture this shot.
