This picture is taken in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh at the time of Kumbh 2019 near holy river Ganga. These bangles are quite a story either somebody got bored of them and left them for someone more needy or their is ritual in Indian, when women lost their husbands and get the title of widow they have to sacrifice every color in their life and make it white, its kinda they have lost their right to get dressed and have fun. Ganga being a holy river summons every kind of color in it.
