Happened to see this girl leading this gorgeous, obviously thoroughbred, filly. Until they are five years old, the females are called fillies. After that, they are called mares. She was taking her into a parking building, so there must have been a horse trailer in there. Seeing my camera, she paused for a second & said, "Would you like to take her picture?” I nodded yes & she gave me a second to take one quick shot. Then, she smiled & took the horse into the building.
