Hungarian bonfire dinner
Garden party with our friends in Tokod, Hungary. Our traditional open air food is baked over the bonfire. A big chunk of bacon is a must and there are optional sausages and vegetables to mix it up a bit. The side is white bread made moist with dripped fat from the baking meat or toasted on fire and potatoes baked in kitchen foil in the fire. Everyone makes their own food but we also try each other's in the end.
