The "street dogs" being fed were actually quite well-behaved - I guess they were used to this old woman feeding them in the same schedule as the daily ritual of alms-giving to monks. As I watched the scene, more and more people got attracted to the sight and after a while it reminded me of papparazi with celebrity scene.
