Build by Axel Schultes and Charlotte Frank, this post-modern style building with it's clean lines, round shapes, columns and lined trees along wide steps give a spacious, oriental feel. This building was designed with transparency in mind. The couple sitting with their dog in the shade add to the peace and tranquility of the setting. I created my own artistic impression by turning the photo into B+W in post processing using light settings.
