this food is called as 'Puri' in India....very popular especially in northern and eastern India....made up of flour...which is atfirst doughed...then made into small balls of it....rolled over to make flat circular shapes...then fried in hot oil...bengalees call it 'Luchi'...it is taken along with vegetables...it is prepared in houses and also is found as street food
