Made tonight on the grill. A tasty burger with some fried mushroom. I much prefer a homemade burger to a frozen one from a fastfood joint any time. And we have tried many different burgers and keep coming back to my homemade ones. I use different spices and ingredients almost every time to give it a different taste, depending on the season.
