Turns out the Pillsbury lemon-raspberry muffins make 15 instead of a round dozen, and in the course of trying to cram that much batter into such a small space, all the raspberries were taken out of the last of the batter. We don't waste food, so we just pulled out another pan and poured the rest in. As you can see, there's plenty of leavening in this recipe to compensate for fruit that isn't there anymore.
