    Litti Chokha is a unique recipie from Bihar, India. It is mainly prepared during the rainy and winter season. It is prepared in India “Chullah” (tandoor). This woman here is bakes the “litti” which is like a stuffed bread and serve it with smashed potato & green pickle. She is baking it in a tandoor and selling it all day long. This near Shova Bazar, Kolkata. Loads of people visit this shop because of her delicious quality and authentic taste of local food.
