Partial lunar eclipse on July 16-17,2019.This is the last lunar eclipse of 2019, and will be visible primarily from South America, Europe, Asia, Africa and Australia. Unfortunately, here on Long Island (NY) I was unable to view the eclipse. The moon was a light red color and turned to golden yellow as you can see here. It was fun photographing it. It was very dark and warm out while I was outside photographing it, but there was a nice breeze blowing. I could feel bugs flying into my legs though.
