Last summer, I spent a whole day walking around in the center of Yogyakarta, Indonesia. In a juice shop, I was impressed by the local diversity of tropical fruits, many of which I had never heard of. I had to randomly choose a fruit to explore juice of flavor I could not taste elsewhere.
