This is Carol and her son working in the kitchen of the Track Kitchen in Aiken, SC. It used to be run by Carol and her husband, "Pockets". He passed away last year and now Carol runs the place with the help of her son and granddaughter. It is not fancy, it is only open for breakfast mostly for the local horse crowd. For the locals it is a tradition to have breakfast there. It has an atmosphere unlike any other. Carol is framed by the rabbit ears of the TV that is always on.
