    Reported by:

A local nomadic family in Mongolia making fresh cream from the milk of 8 cows. This process is done every morning and evening. The milk is heated up in a large bowl over the fire. It is then scooped up using a large cup/ladle and poured back into the bowl as it is simultaneously lifted up high into the air. This creates a very foamy layer that then sits overnight and forms a thick layer of Urum (clotted cream). This was delicious with some biscuits or bread and jam.
