I have been in his situation countless of times.This is what normally happens: In the morning going to work, the sun is out, no sign of rain whatsoever. My tendency is to not bring an umbrella anymore, even though it's peak wet season in the Philippines. Lo and behold. After work as I go home, big downpour of rain happens. No other alternative but to find something to put above my head, as if it made a difference.
