    Reported by:

Marine iguanas (Amblyrhynchus cristatus) basking on the rocky shoreline of the Galapagos Islands. Their lack of native terrestrial predators makes them extremely tolerant to the presence of humans. At this moment on the trip I was surrounded by nearly 100 marine iguanas, both big and small, each one more photogenic than the last. Santa Cruz, Galapagos. (Date Taken: 7/17/19)
