I am always drawn to the views and special light at the Empty Sky Memorial during sunset. The golden light reflects magically on the Manhattan skyline and on the Memorial steel walls. This is a spot many people like to stop by for photo shooting. On this afternoon, I was waiting for some action to happen within these walls; suddenly a young kid rode by on his skateboard, and it was just great timing for a sunset shot with his reflection on the wall.

August 1, 2019 // I like Your Shot photographer Theresa Lamoyea's comment: "I not only love the vortex perspective. but also the reflective effect. Almost like I could touch the photo and feel the cool smoothness on my fingertips along with the warmth radiating. Wow!"
