This mother Leopard made a Serengeti kopje home for her and her cub. In the early evening, after a brief rain, she lept to the peak of a rock and posed for just a second to survey the savannah before leaping higher into the kopje. The lighting was ideal but the real story was how quiet and fluid she was, leaping from rock to rock and then holding the herself at the peak of a very narrow granite spire. It was effortless on her part, and graceful and powerful at the same time.
