This is pop bingsu, or ice-flakes at Latitude 37 of the Le Meridien Hotel in Seoul. My friend and I have been on the hunt for luxurious bingsu which we compare to the ordinary bingsu found at local shops. The presentation and playing of this bingsu was great. An array of colorful sorbet and ice cream covered the snowy-milky ice flakes. The side toppings are on the palette and it made it so fun for us to choose and combine many tastes and flavors. But is it worth the price? Only if you think so.
