    On each of the 7 mornings of our annual summer vacation at the beach I woke early, between 4:30 and 5am, so that I could head to the beach and capture the sunrise. Each day gave to me a new gift. This was a particularly brilliant morning, with a sky that looked like it was on fire. It was the perfect start to a perfect day.
