Quality over Variety
On my way to Khunjeraab Pass (Pak-China Border), I Interacted with some locals in a small village called Sost. Here we see female farmers working in a potato field. One of them mentioned to me that they only eat food that naturally grows in their village and do not import anything from outside. They totally rely on fresh food.
That is considerable reduction in carbon footprint. I saw them healthy and happy beings. Variety is not important. Quality is.
