The Miller valley
The Gnutti hut (2166 m) stands at the entrance of the idyllic Miller valley in the Adamello mountain range, Italian Alps. The U shaped valley is of glacial origin, like all the sisters in the upper floor. Miller is not a name of an English explorer; the word derives from the local dialect related to a bird, the mountain chough.
