A Dog sits on the edge of highly polluted Local River ( Bishnumati ) while another rests in the middle of the river area which was accidentally created by the gathering of wastes and plastics thrown at the river. These dogs spent most of their time in and around the river and are vulnerable to infectious diseases which later are exposed to Human beings as well. All the Sewage in the Capital are connected to this Holy river and on top People on a daily basis further throw non decayaing materials
