Hardangerfjord, Norway. This picture takes a while to figure out visually, because the reflection is so clear, and I rotated it 180 degrees. This depicts for me that good, balanced environmental policies are not obvious. They require looking at familiar sights in fresh ways. Norway seems to me to have done a better job of this than my home country, the United States.
