This is an oasis in the Thar Desert, India, that has water all year round. The few trees around give much needed shade to the sheep and their shepherd in the harsh desert sun. The tractor in the background pulls a tank which will be filled with water to supply to the nearest village. The oasis has survived over time but how much longer will it last? How do we keep it safe and all the people and livestock that depend on it?
