While visiting Mt Rigi for the first time ever, last month, I was a bit disappointed at Lucerne due to the overcast sky and thought would never get a good view of lake Lucerne from the top, but the overcast sky at lucerne presented a majestic beautiful view from Mt Rigi, which protruded a bit higher than the clouds !
