Before my father passed away, he requested we summit Mt. Crested Butte in Colorado and spread a bit of his ashes up there. This was where he felt more at peace than anywhere else on Earth. I was carrying my 10 month old daughter at the time and felt my older brothers could carryout his wishes as I had the task of two. With the afternoon Cumulus building, I noticed my older brother pause about 500 vertical feet from the peak. I like to think he was having a solo moment with our pops.
