    This is the view from a concrete balcony in Prospect Park, Brooklyn. The Empire State Building (1931) is perfectly framed by the Soldiers' and Sailors' Memorial Arch (1892) in Grand Army Plaza (1867). The Tower bisects both the Arch and Bailey Fountain.
