Lake Powell, AZ from Alstrom Point
North of Page, AZ, about 2 hours by 4-wheel drive vehicle is this wonderful view of Lake Powell and Gunsight Butte (middle left). Just before sundown, perched on the rocks about 700 ft. above the lake, I created this image just as a thunderhead cloud was dropping rain on the town of Page.
