    In Buddhism, "bodhicitta" means awakened heart of compassion. To capture this concept, I set a small statue of the Buddha next to a window, creating side lighting. I put a blue seat cushion behind the statue and then used a 15-second exposure to "light-paint" with a small laser beam.
