I go here to get air for my bicycle. When I first moved to El Monte ("End of the Santa Fe Trail") I was horrified by such places. Now I see their beauty and will miss them when they're gone, which won't be long, El Monte's getting upscale-ish. This place is no longer there, no trees, no tires; it's an empty lot waiting for a big-box store to take over.
