    Time in a Bottle.. Tuesday September 24th, 10:45am. Everything was great going down US Highway 30 going west heading to Seattle. Everytime I go by Ritter Island it would be..... LOL Ritter Island and then the fine folks at Idaho Power released the water behind Ritter Island and it was GAME ON.
