Edit Photo Details Anyone for Canned Snake   #desert #snake #sagebrush #tincan
While on an outing with two sons through the Wapi Lava Flows in the desert we rummaged through an old can dump. My older son told us to be watchful for snakes about that same time, he looked down and said, "like this bull snake right here". The snake was absorbing the sun-warmed can. I would have liked to see him put himself in there. We went on into the desert and upon our return he had gone in search of a more quiet place to nap.
