I found my wife's 1970s funky sunglasses lying around and I held them up to my face admiring their unusual blue color and iridescence reflective qualities. Then I realized it was like being able to hold yourself in the palm of your own hand and I thought it would make a great blue monochromatic self portrait. Although this shot may look easy, it took several hours to get a good shot.
