Hikers get engulfed in a sea of clouds as they try to catch a glimpse of sunrise at the summit of 2922m Mount Pulag, the highest peak in Luzon Island and the 3rd highest mountain in the Philippines. While Mount Pulag is becoming a popular weekend destination since having a "short and easy" trail to reach the peak, the chance of viewing a successful sunrise at the summit is an adventure in itself - I have been there 7 times and only viewed the sunrise in four.
