    sunny day walking under the luminous cross tower. A TOWER of lights is rising in Agdangan, an obscure, coastal town in Quezon province not known for any historic landmark, festival, or delicacy. Named the Luminous of Grace Sanctuary, it is being built on land adjoining the town's San Isidro Labrador Church.
