    We saw this spray painted numerous times on the way down to Osa. "No tan rico" translates as (as far as I know it) "Not very/so/as rich", an ironic statement given Costa Rica's name, Rich Coast. Tourism, especially hip "eco-tourism" is growing and it's a pretty big contrast between both sides of Costa Rica, and I thought this showed that, even if it has another meaning. (Obviously I don't live there, so don't take my couple words as some sort of in depth analysis.)
