Explore Our Changing World Entry Transformation: I followed the journey of a Monarch Caterpillar from larvae to adult. Since the contest is asking to show "Change" in our world I thought what better way to show change than natures mysterious process of Metamorphosis. This was shot in my garden using a 100mm macro and took over three days of 6 hour sittings to nail it because they molt under 20 seconds and I wanted to sow the skin still on the fresh Chrysalis.
