Hutton TLP - Redundant creator of energy
Cold-stacked in the Cromarty Firth of Scotland lies the dormant hull of the Hutton TLP, not far from where it was built at Nigg in 1984. Decomissioned in 2002 it was towed to Russia and the topside separated from the hull to form a new rig - the Prirazlomnaya for Arctic exploitation. When the creators of energy are redundant, they'll end up here, forgotten, rotting in a remote Scottish landscape, maybe even the Pirazlomnaya...
