Dr. Russell Howe-Smith opened PetPT in New Jersey bringing together a diverse group of people with a common passion for the emerging field of veterinary rehabilitation medicine. Annie is unable to walk and here she is floating in warmth while her legs are being exercised and she can once again feel movement.
