This new picture is to show one of the delicious recipes served at my home town. This place is a fisherman's house and a very simple establishment. However the food is wonderful, home made with a local seasoning. Served here there are pirão, fish broth, shrimp risotto with clams and squid and a barbecued fish filet with potatoes. Pirão is made of cassava flour mixed with boiling fish broth, it's an indigenous meal and for me very special to accompany seafood.
