The Start of Lobster Fishing Season
The lobster fishery is very important to the economy of Yarmouth Nova Scotia. On the last Monday in November,on what is locally known as "Dumping Day", the boats set sail at 6 a.m. in search of the best place to set their traps or "pots" for the season.
