It was a Tuesday and the weather was looking good for the weekend and we had nothing planned. Sahale Mountain was a peak I always wanted to climb, but it is difficult to get a camping permit. I convinced four guys by the end of the week that we needed to climb this mountain. We got ourselves organized and it was on. We had to get to the Ranger station by closing on Friday night to get a permit and luckily we were able to get one. An epic trip and now one of my favourite sports.
