Happy Naan Making
I was traveling from Pushkar to Jaipur when we stopped for tea, at a nondescript roadside restaurant. I then discovered the small kitchen where the cooks were making naans. The evening sun was shining through the window, creating a nice golden glow around him, and the smoke just enhanced the effect. However what really caught my attention was how jovial the cook was. He must be doing a very mundane job but he really enjoyed it. I came away infested by his good mood.
