LOBSTERFEST!!
Once a year there's a wonderful gathering to celebrate just how tasty fresh lobster is, so I figured I'd show you what a pile of 170 fresh Rhode Island Lobsters look like on the fire, before they got cooked & eaten. The process has to be done just right to get these tasty crustaceans to melt in your mouth. Add pounds & pounds of fresh onions, potatoes & corn on the cob, then cover with seaweed (from a special spot) and cover that with wet burlap, and in about an hour melt your butter .....YAHOO!
