    Dubbed as the "Boulders", this part of the trail on the ascent toward the summit of Mt. Apo (Davao, Philippines) features a rocky terrain that will leave you in awe and give you the impression that perhaps you were temporarily warped to a different planet. The yellow pigments on the rocks are caused by natural sulfur vents which you will constantly see (and probably smell) as you scramble through this trail.
