The past two years we have been rebuilding an old wooden boat, built in 1917 as a coastal freighter. Boats like this tied together the isolated communities along the Norwegian coast. The project has been a lot of work and has involved the whole family and lots of friends. Now, when she's back on the water, a lot of people can look at her with pride, knowing they contributed. This picture was taken during the process of saturating the hull with oil.
