Thunderstorm Great Isac Light Bahamas
This photo was taken with a 35mm film camera back in around 1981 while working as crew on 82 ft. Burger yacht owned by C.R. Walgreen II, second generation to the Walgreen Drug Store Enterprise. Great Isac Light is due south of Bimini and was once an oil fired, hand cranked light. When converted to electric, the irreplaceable and now extremely valuable Fresnel lens was dismantled and thrown over the side of the light to crash onto the rocky base of the island. The photo was later digitized.
