    Here's a zoomed in shot of the river flow over the dam on the Farmington River right down the street from me. the dam was once used by the Collins Company (1839~1965) where they made all sorts of tools, swords & knives, best known for their Axes & Plow blades. Remember when the settlers went West back in the 1800's? They brought their Collins Axes! The old factory still stands today and is part of the Collinsville Historic area.
