'Snake Coffee', snake is long orange rind over which dark coffee is poured. The rind is soaked in Brandy/Rum/Liqueur. for sweeter version Cointreau is used. The lights around are dimmed to let the guests enjoy the flame and its luminance arising from orange rind. The coffee is poured in tall glass, the rim is coated with burned sugar and topped with cream. The photo is taken using 35mm color Kodak film in SLR-Minolta camera. I frequent visit this restaurant, but this time I was fully equipped.
